How does your rewards program work?
You earn two points per dollar spent on most items and then redeem them for gift certificates to use on future purchases. Certain restrictions apply - point values are displayed on each product page. You *must* be logged into your account to earn rewards. To redeem your points, log in to your account, scroll down to the "My Rewards" section, and click "Redeem" on the right-hand side. Once redeemed, you will receive an email with your gift certificate code. Any points earned during special promotions or as other incentives take 48-72 hours to be added to your account.
I have shopped with you in the past, but your website says it cannot find my account. What is wrong?
If you have not created an account with us since we moved our website to its new platform in the spring of 2016, you will need to create a new account.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free shipping starts at just $29. Orders less than $29 ship for a flat rate of $3. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable - so please plan accordingly and check your order for accuracy before submitting it :)
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within the U.S. (including AK and HI) and to U.S. Military bases.
You don't carry my favorite item/color/size etc... can you special order it for me?
Yes! We are happy to special order just about any item from any of our current manufacturers for you! Just shoot me an email (email@example.com) letting me know what you are looking for. Once your order arrives, you will be notified and it will be available for you to purchase on our Special Orders page. Please note that certain terms and conditions may apply depending on the item(s) requested.
Can I add/remove/change an item in my order?
Once placed, orders cannot be modified. This includes refunding shipping fees for multiple orders placed within a day and retroactively applying coupons - so please plan accordingly and double-check your order for accuracy before submitting it :)
I received a defective product. Can I return it?
All warranty claims are handled directly through the manufacturer with the exception of exclusive products. If you are unsure how to contact a manufacturer regarding a defect, please contact me (firstname.lastname@example.org) and I will be happy to assist you. If you have an exclusive product with a manufacturer's defect, please contact me to determine the repair/replacement options before sending it back.
Can I cancel my order?
I will do my best, but order cancellation cannot be guaranteed as I process and ship orders very quickly - often shipping them same-day. Once an order has left our office, it cannot be cancelled. A 10% re-stocking fee will apply to all cancelled orders.
Can I return/exchange an item?
Most items can be returned within 30 days if they are in NEW condition (unwashed, unworn, free from any odors, etc) and still have their original packaging intact. For a list of excluded items as well as full details of our return policy, please click here. We do not offer exchanges per se; however, you may return items for store credit (which does not incur any re-stocking fees) and then use your store credit to purchase the correct item(s).
Do you offer a military discount?
Yes! We are very grateful to our men and women in uniform and offer a discount on most regularly-priced items to both veterans and active duty military! Please complete this form and then email me (email@example.com) so I can verify we received your form, update your account, and send you the code :)
Why isn't my coupon code working?
Certain items are excluded from coupons due to manufacturer restrictions and exclusive items are excluded unless otherwise noted. Additionally, there are certain sales during which we cannot offer any additional discounts (such as during Black Friday sales).
Do you have regular business hours? What is the best way to contact you?
While I do not keep regular business hours per se, I am most available to quickly answer emails, messages, and phone calls during the following "business" hours: Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm EST and Saturday 9am to noon EST. I do my best to answer emails and messages outside of these hours as well, though I may not be able to respond as quickly as usual or possibly until the next business day. I am always happy to chat with you on the phone during the hours stated above to help answer any questions; however, as you likely know, a house with kids is often hectic and rarely quiet - so as a work-from-home mom of a toddler and a preschooler I am not always able to answer/respond to calls immediately ;) If I do not answer your call, please either leave a message and I will get back to you as soon as I am able or shoot me an email or Facebook message so I can respond regardless of the noise level :)
