We accept returns of unworn/unwashed/unused items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned with all original packaging intact (except any packaging removed due to selecting the Go Green - No Packaging option at checkout) and be in NEW condition. New condition means unwashed, unworn, and free from smoke or other odors. You are responsible for the shipping fees to return your item(s) to Dipes 'n' Duds.
Prior to returning your item(s), you *must* receive approval (see below for details). Unauthorized returns will incur a 25% restocking fee.
Return Restrictions
Certain items are not eligible for return including intimates, Final Sale & Clearance items, any item marked down 25% or more, any consumable products (i.e. rash cream, wipe solution, etc - even if unused), and specially marked items specifically designated as non-returnable.
Refund Options
You will have the option to receive a refund via your original payment method or a store credit. Any applicable Sezzle fees and shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order received free shipping, you will receive a refund less the actual shipping fees. If you choose a refund via your original payment method, an additional 5% restocking fee will apply. The restocking fee will not apply to items returned for store credit.
Promotional Items and Reward Points
If your order qualified for other promotions such as free items and your return brings your order total to less than the threshold that needed to be met to qualify for the promotion, you must return the promotional item in new/unworn/unwashed condition with all packaging intact or the full value of the promotional item will be deducted from your refund. If the promotional item was consumable (such as rash cream, wipes solution, etc), it may *not* be returned and the full value of the promotional item will be deducted from your refund.
Reward points will also be adjusted based on your return. If you do not have enough reward points in your account to adjust for your return because they have already been redeemed for a gift certificate, the value of the reward points (based on the level at which you most recently redeemed them) that would have been deducted from your account will be deducted from your refund.
Steps to Initiate Return
To initiate a return, please email me directly at [email protected] Please include the name/description of the item you would like to return, reason for return, and date of purchase. Once it is confirmed your item is eligible for return, you will receive a reply with our mailing address. You are responsible for shipping fees to return your item. Returned items must be received by Dipes 'n' Duds within 30 days of the date of purchase. Your package must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving return approval - otherwise, it will be considered an unauthorized return. Once we receive your item and confirm it is in NEW condition, we will notify you that your refund has been initiated (if you choose store credit, a coupon code for the purchase price will be included in the email).
Unauthorized Returns
Any item returned without prior authorization, postmarked more than 7 days after receiving return approval, or refused/returned to sender is considered an unauthorized return and is subject to a 25% restocking fee. Additionally, if you return an item that is not eligible for return, you will be responsible for return shipping if you desire the item back. No refunds will be given for items not eligible for return
PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for lost/mishandled returns and can only issue refunds/store credit for items we receive in NEW condition. Please package your item carefully and choose the appropriate shipping method. Thank you!
