All orders of $35 or more (after any applicable discounts have been applied) qualify for FREE shipping. There is a flat $3.95 shipping fee for any order less than $35. Shipping fees are non-refundable, so please plan accordingly and check your order for accuracy before placing it.
We strive to ship orders within 24 hours with the exception of weekends and holidays. All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking information. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. Multiple orders shipping to the same address may be combined for shipping purposes unless you specifically request otherwise in your order notes.
Please note: Dipes 'n' Duds is not responsible for any package once it has been accepted by the post office. We include insurance on all orders of $100 or more. If you would like to add insurance to a smaller order, please indicate this in the Notes section of your order and you will be invoiced for actual insurance fees based on the size, weight, and value of your package. Your order will be processed and shipped once the insurance fee has been paid.
